This afternoon Sarah and I made Banana Crunch Muffin. Since we have no granola at home, we have to first make the granola, which is perfect because we can bring them to our camping trip tomorrow.
Sarah loves eating the granola by itself. You can see the bowl of granola next to her as she's making the muffins.
The muffins turned out great! I took Andrea's advice and halved the amount of sugar and butter. I think the muffins are just the right sweetness. And I love the slight crunch from the crust. Yummy!
