Organized!

I spent almost 2 hours cleaning Sarah closets and packing away things that no longer fit. It feels good to get organized.

On the same theme, here's one of my first sewing project - a case for holding all my cutting implements. I made this out of necessity. Ben was constantly reaching for my scissors so I need a way to keep all the sharp tools away from him but within easy reach for me.

I couldn't be happier about the way it turned out.  I made this from canvas fabrics from Ikea. I love the bird and the blossoms. Since it's always sitting on my desk, it's the first thing people notice when they walk into my work area. In fact, it's now an integral part of my work space. Seeing it puts me in a cheery mood.
